Our care and supported living services are managed by care coordinators and qualified care managers. We have an experienced team of support workers, carers and health care assistants who have a comprehensive range of skills that are essential in providing person-centred care to meet our individual client requirements.

We treat clients and their families with dignity whilst respecting their individual specific needs. We are fully compliant with the Care Act 2014 and monitored and regulated by the Care Quality Commissions with inspections.

Our CQC registered managers will regularly check that you are satisfied with the service that you receive from us.

We are passionate about quality, hence our Quality Assurance policies play a key part in our quality management process. This enables us to be responsive to the personal needs of our service users.

Our care workers are diligently trained to a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care which ensures that they have the experience and knowledge to provide holistic care whilst maintaining privacy and treating our clients with respect and dignity.
